Blunt combat replica of a Thracian sica. Constructed for a stage combat – case hardened, high carbon spring steel (CSN 14260), brass, wood. Hardness: 50 – 52 HRC. Overall length 55 cm, blade length 38 cm, blade width 4 cm. Weight: 0,7 kg. Made by Wulflund Armoury.

The sica is a short sword /dagger of the ancient tribes such as Thracians, Dacians and Ilyrians.
This weapon was also used during gladiator fights. Sicas were found in Romania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Albania and Serbia. It is also present on the Trajan’s Column.
